It is funny how after not writing for so long it gets hard to start blogging again.
I wanted to create a blog for quite a while, but couldn't find a perfect platform. I needed to hit a precise balance between publicity and privacy. I also wanted to be in full control of the whole thing, not just slapping a theme on top of WordPress.
So here we go, thanks to AI-assisted development (AIAD) I now have this blog hosted on Google Cloud, done in a couple of evenings.
Time is a scarce resource for a full-time employed father of a 4-year-old boy. With 1-2 hours per evening, 1-2 evenings per week - such a project would have taken me months in the old days. Now I can see my ideas implemented in a snap.
When I read about AIAD on social media, it is always a radical opinion - radical support or radical opposition. I used to be in the opposition camp, but then for some reason I decided to open my mind and embrace the change.
I think we don't speak enough in a balanced way, the way adults do. I want to speak about AIAD in a balanced manner.
